Life and the way we do things should change, for the better.

Change is good, it keeps us on our toes and pushes us to improve every facet of our lives. Some changes are looked for and some come out of the left field. For example: At the start of the 2020, Coronavirus seemed like a distant problem, compared to today where it is something we deal with every day and its impacts are now just accepted on a daily basis.

Communication has changed, the way you communicate with your family, your friends, your colleagues, your neighbours has changed. You might say hello to odd stranger on your street, but you are facetiming your friends and Zooming your family for a chat and realising you have not actually seen them in months.

This is no different for our working lives. So many of us are working from home, from the kitchen table to the spare room converted into an office, but the communication continues just in a new way.

It’s how you respond to change that makes the real difference.

Inspiretec helps its clients facilitate change in everything it does, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that we actively embrace change and plan for it. We actively think about the time we spend doing things and challenge the way ‘we have always’ done them. We are committed to continuous improvement, not just in the software and services we offer but also the way we deliver them and support our clients when using them.

A great example is the is the way we created a product onboarding tool that enables independence and recognition while not being restricted by location, language or the ‘tradition’ of classroom learning approaches. Completely rethinking how we delivered product training & support and adding real customer value in the process.

The creation of the Inspiretec Academy.

The Inspiretec Academy is a self-help training environment that enables our new and existing customers to learn how to get the very best out of our Reservations and CRM products.

Our customers will be able to take courses relevant to certain areas of our products and once completed, they will be able to become certified users of that area. Inspiretec Academy aims to break down communication barriers with the power of video and each course teaches the user through bite-size interactive videos and a selection of supporting step by step articles. A complete end to end support package that helps our customers train their staff.

Each course is brought to life by our CX Consultants, through helpful voice overs and dedicated video. They are there to guide the delegate through a learning journey, communicating and assisting them every step of the way. From explaining what the course will teach, to detailed training on specific function or practical process. Inviting questions and feedback at every step.

When we think of classroom learning style, we can sometimes forget how restrictive this can be.

  • It must be during business hours.
  • Training must be delivered in a common language.
  • The learners or trainers must travel for everyone to be in the same room.
  • Everyone needs to be available at the same time.
  • Delegates cannot rewind the trainer when you didn’t quite catch something.

With an online tool like the Inspiretec Academy, these things simply do not matter.

  • Delegates can take the course at your own pace and not all at once.
  • Delegates can do the course on your phone, tablet, your laptop. In your living room or the office.
  • Delegates can sit the course on their own or you can gather in a meeting room and go through as a group.
  • Delegates can even complete the activities at a time that suits you – i.e. late at night when your virtual trainer is likely to be fast asleep!

It wasn’t enough to put material online, we wanted to use the very best of our knowledge and experience in online engagement to create a platform that reimagined the onboarding process and make training as intuitive and easy to use as the products they supported.

In the global village it can’t just be in English.

Online tools like the Inspiretec Academy can be accessed just about anywhere in the world with an internet connection. And with clever AI tool enabling speech to text, learning can be delivered in just about any language.

Change is good with a 2021 Roll Out.

We are looking to start customer testing in January and provide a carefully controlled roll out throughout the year as new chapters and content is finalised.

Change is good and The Inspiretec Academy will only grow in scope and scale as we move forward, gaining feedback from customers and constantly improving the customer experience for all.
