To help people progress their skills and competencies and develop their careers develop we use the SFIA Framework.

Performance Management process.

Performance & development is about achieving your full potential at work, developing your knowledge and skills, furthering your career and ultimately, helping the organisation to achieve its goals.

We follow an agile approach to performance management at Inspiretec and use the SFIA Framework as part of the process. Line managers hold “Check-Ins” with their team members on a monthly basis. Here is a typical check-in cycle that we use:
