One Programme.

Sharing in our success.

At Inspiretec, we value our people and want to ensure everyone shares our success, as well as enjoying a good worklife balance. That’s why we developed the Inspiretec One Programme, where all our staff become members and have access to a range of exciting benefits.

Work-life balance.

Flexible working. Our working day is 7.5 hours and office hours are 9am to 5.30pm. We offer the opportunity for people to work flexibly around the core hours between 10.30am to 3.30pm. (Certain roles excluded due to business requirements.)

Holidays. The entry point for holidays is 25 days which increases with each year of service.

Homeworking. Subject to role and completion of an H&S questionnaire, people may work from home one day a week after they have been with the company for 2 years.

Buy and sell holidays. Everyone can buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday, depending on preference. This is based on per annum salary at the start of each holiday year and will need to be agreed in advance.

Pyjama days. Three days a year, One Programme members can take last minute days off out of holiday entitlements.

Rewarding you for your work.

Ownership. We believe employees are more than part of a team. Employees are the organisation. So each member of the One Programme will hold a stake within the organisation and will benefit from the success we experience. If the business has a change of ownership at some point in the future, 5% of the NET proceeds will be allocated to the members, and distributed evenly. This would be paid as a taxable bonus.

Profit share. Each year the business will allocate 5% of profit as a bonus pool and distribute this to all One Programme member equally. This will be paid after accounts have been reviewed by our external accountants.

Health and wellbeing.

Perkbox. Access to Perkbox, a web-based platform giving discounts to gym memberships, healthy eating and social activities.

On-site fitness programmes. We support a variety of training events and programmes for people to take part based on their own preferences, such as walking clubs and weekly steps reward schemes.

Cycle to work. A cycle to work scheme is in operation and is a tax efficient way of becoming a cycle commuter.

Lunch and learn sessions. We also conduct monthly awareness lunch and learn sessions that include: Mindfulness, healthy heart, stress and anxiety coping techniques, yoga and relaxation techniques such as head and shoulder massages.

Taking a break.

Sabbaticals. We understand that working in our industry is challenging and we value the importance of taking a break to recharge our batteries. We offer the opportunity to do this by giving everyone a paid sabbatical when they reach their five-year anniversary. Career breaks. After two years of service, everyone can apply for an unpaid career break for up to six months subject to approval.
