Through a consulting exercise, this content-driven cruise OTA identified the clear correlation between engagement and conversions on their site.

Inspiretec, operating as Eysys at the time of the project, took extensive site data applying data-mining techniques to train our Personalise predictive engine, which was then integrated into the site to provide personalised review recommendations, email offers and advertising.

Implementation saw a rapid increase in engagement metrics improving visit time, page impressions and bounce rate and the system continues to be used on the website.
