What were you doing before you joined Inspiretec?
Prior to Inspiretec I was at Dyson within the Owner Experience team. I focussed on improvements to customer facing systems that would support Dyson owners (i.e. Customers) pre and post purchase. In practice, this was focussed around CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce and a proprietary solution). If you’ve ever used the fault finding/diagnostic tools on a Dyson website you’ve used something I worked on extensively.
