9th April 2021. Cardiff. Danish tailor-made travel specialist, Profil Rejser have launched on the complete Inspiretec stack.
As one of Denmark’s largest organisers of leisure travel with revenues of €34M, featuring worldwide luxury destinations, Profil Rejser has over 30+ years of experience.
After a careful procurement exercise, the Profil management team selected Inspiretec’s best-of-breed Reservations and CRM products to underpin their operations for both Profil Rejser and their 5-star Bella Vista brands.
Profil also commissioned Inspiretec’s in house Agency team to design and build two brand-new bespoke websites to deliver a rich and contemporary brand experience for new and existing customers alike.
Driven by a clear strategy to focus on customer engagement, increased conversion and improved operational efficiency across their global product portfolio, the team appointed Inspiretec earlier this year as part of a significant technology change initiative.

The Profil team selected Inspiretec because of their end-to-end ‘in house’ product and service capability. It was critical for Profil that their new CRM, Reservations and Websites work seamlessly together to underpin their strategic objectives.
Peter continued, “We recognised that technology plays a key part of how we deliver a positive customer experience, so in order to make sure we move with the times, we wanted to find a partner who could support us on that journey of self-improvement”.
Profil have implemented Inspiretec’s Reservations platform to power call centre and website selling of their tailormade tours product. Inspiretec’s CRM underpins all customer engagement through lead management, workflow and marketing automation. Finally, the Umbraco powered websites deliver a slick search, cost & book experience that harnesses the power of the underlying Inspiretec Reservations and CRM stack.

The Profil team worked closely with Inspiretec to deliver the project during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite ever changing traveller demands, fluctuating team availability and enforced remote working across different time zones, the Profil and Inspiretec partnership delivered the foundations needed to meet the strategic objectives identified by the Profil leadership team earlier this year.
Peter concluded “As our industry emerges from the Pandemic, we are even more confident that our strategy was right – we needed the correct technology in place to be able to respond and adapt to an uncertain and changeable travel landscape and make sure we can deliver a clear focus on improving the overall customer experience”.
The pandemic meant that Inspiretec and Profil had to transition, very early on in the project to a completely remote working model. Despite both parties having initial concerns around how the subtleties and detail of a project this size can be captured without face-to-face contact, both project teams adapted really well demonstrating in the successful project go live.
