Over the three days more than 51,000 delegates from across all aspects of the global travel trade take part to showcase their destinations, products and services. In parallel, Travel Forward London, WTM’s 2-day interactive conference, promises to deliver powerful insight and open debate on the successful application of travel technology.

This year Inspiretec will be launching version 6.0 of their established Holistic CRM, Holistic, their new Cruise solution and version 2.0 of Harmony, their innovative retail selling and management proposition.
On Tuesday the 5th, Inspiretec will also be contributing to the Travel Forward panel discussion on Customer Experience in travel technology and will launch their latest white paper. The white paper will share insight on how travel brands are leveraging technology to improve customer experience and presents some suggestions on how organisations might apply some strategic CX thinking across their own organisation.
