Helen Baldwin is Chief People & Engagement Officer and has worked with the team since 2009. Helen’s background is working in senior HR & Engagement roles in SME businesses specialising in the IT and Professional Services sectors.
As Director at Inspiretec, Helen leads the CX Engagement & People Management functions for the business including all aspects of customer experience and people engagement processes. Her teams focus on providing an excellent customer experience through a regular programme of engagement activities and communication touch points that help build strong relationships that can be trusted.

He has been with the organisation for over 14 years and has a wealth of experience in developing enterprise level travel technology solutions. Gavin is responsible for the development, quality assurance and architecture teams with a key focus on delivering quality software.
