Enabling loyalty and rewards.
Inspiretec North America, previously Incentriq, partnered with HRG on behalf of one of the largest retail banks in Canada, to manage and enable the loyalty and rewards elements of the bank’s operation. In an ongoing partnership, the initial delivery for HRG was a retail selling system for Rewards members to redeem points against their travel bookings. This also included a post-booking management system for agents and a personalised URL system for clients. Since this initial delivery, we have worked with the team at HRG to define and deliver new features to this loyalty product on a regular basis.
Since June 2017, there have been four major releases spread evenly over a seven-month period. A release incorporated two new card types (Bank Debit Card, Visa Infinite) where a total of eight card types are now supported on the site. Other releases include new supplier integrations, agent booking management efficiency improvements, flight changes to provide un-bundled flight journey, multi-city flight capability including open-jaw, enhanced search result filtering options and improvements to the Confirmation Email and PURL.
We are currently in the process of working together to define the 2018 roadmap, with the first delivery scheduled into UAT at the beginning of the year.
